In the Fall of 2017, I reached out to comedian, and fellow Wisconsinite, Charlie Berens about becoming the on-location reporter for his weekly news show “Manitowoc Minute.” He told me to go for it, and to send him any short clips I come up with. I sent him these two, short videos of my in-the-field reporting that I filmed in consecutive weeks. And while he seemed to like them, he used neither, thus halting any further production and sending me into an early retirement.
